1 Sports massage - An injured area worked with deep tissue techniques to ease injury.
Benefits to include: promotion of faster recovery from training or injury and decreasing muscle tension and helps to improve flexibility.
This lasts 60 minutes and the first appointment will be 60minutes with 10 minutes being used for the consultation form. This is £35.
2 Sports therapy- A comprehensive program involving postural assessments and orthopaedic testing to find the root cause of the injury. These combined with massage, exercise and stretching are designed for the individual to rehabilitate the injury. This is not only for the athletes but also for those that suffer from posture related injuries, mobility issues and repetitive strain injuries.
