What is massage and what is it for?
If it's your first time at the salon or you don't get massage very often, our massage is the perfect place to start.
It can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending on the therapist's personal style and what he or she wants to achieve. In all massage, the therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various strokes that warm up and work the muscle tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions. Massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits
Benefits of having a massage

Improving circulation by increasing oxygen flow in the blood,
Helps to keep ligaments and tendons supple,
Stimulates the nervous system,
Improves recovery of soft tissue injuries,
Increases joint mobility and flexibilty
and great for reducing emotional and physical stress.
